1、Built in-DC bus reactor

（1）The frequency converter is allowed to be installed in any network (no minimum impedance restrictions).

（2）Typical steady state power factor (PF).

（3）0.94 for three-phase models.

（4） 0.70 for single phase models.

（5）Displacement power factor > 0.98.

（6）Comply with the 61000-3-12 standard (related to low-order harmonic currents of the power grid).

（7）This reactor is built-in only for G size and smaller models. The H size inverter must be equipped with an external reactor.

2、Protective coating

All CFW11 series circuit boards come standard with special paint that meets IEC 60721-3-3 standard 3C2 level. Thanks to this, the circuit boards can resist dust, moisture, high temperature, chemical corrosion and other hazards, greatly extending the service life.

3、Shared DC bus

Commonly used in multi-motor systems, the shared DC bus configuration is an excellent energy saving solution. This configuration uses a common input rectifier unit instead of a separate inverter rectifier bridge. Each drive is powered directly from the DC bus terminals. This solution allows frequency converters to share energy on the DC bus, thereby optimizing system energy consumption. The standard CFW-11 can be connected to a DC bus system (please ask for details). 

NOTE: Additional precharge circuits must be added for each VSD.

4、Intelligent cooling

Monitors the temperature of the board heatsink and the air inside, providing overall IGBT and CFW-11 protection. The radiator fan is automatically switched on and off according to the temperature of the power module. Monitor and display fan speed and runtime as parameters, and issue alerts or error messages based on these variables. The fan is easily removable for cleaning and replacement.

5、Design Concept - Flexibility

The CFW11 was developed based on the plug-and-play concept, which automatically recognizes the inserted accessories and enables simple installation and safe operation without additional configuration.
